My current mouse wont support games like AVP2 or UT2k4 or even RTW! :O

Every time i right-click it spasms...literally, the veiw goes everywhere!

So....whats a good mouse to get, one that willa ctually support my games :/

Prefferably wireless :)

I dunno if your problem is your mouse, but logitech make some good ones (MX510, MX1000) and Microsoft make SOME good ones.

For mices I'd go with logitech - never been disappointed by their mice. I have the MX510 now (thinking of upgrading to mx518 cuz its same price but 2x resolution/sensitivity) <-- both of these are corded though. If you're going for wireless the mx1000 is awesome.
Though for serious gaming I don't like wireless cuz they're a bunch heavier due to the batteries and put more strain on your wrist if used for a long time.

Wireless would be mx1000.

I like my mx518 though because I've heard of some wireless mouses (even the quality ones) jumping sometimes. I like the sensitivity change on the fly too for sniping.

Yeah but i hate the pull/push feeling from the wire, ****s up my gaming.

I have plenty of slack on the cord on my mx518 and I can't even feel it there. To each his own.

I upgraded from a crappy, jumpy, shoddy generic optical mouse to the 518 and this feels like it just glides on my mousepad.

I would say to wait for the Razer Copperheads to come out. Those look like some kickass mice.

If you get a decent mousemat for a wireless mouse, then it won't skip. I have a wireless optical mouse and it doesn't skip at all. Never had any problems and if you spend alittle more on batteries then they will last a decent time. My current ones have been in since februrary and i use teh pc everyday.
