Moving ai and spawning

I've read about 1000 tutorials but still havent found exactly what I want so I'll ask here.

I want the player to walk through a trigger and spawn a Ai (gman) and then when the player sees the gman I want the gman to walk away and get deleted. So how do I do this?
 
I dont really want to explain the whole. Its a nerve wracking process for novice mapper (Well, for the more advanced stuff), so ill just go over the basics, and leave it for you to fill in the gaps.

To spawn an npc you use a npc_template_maker entity, to make him walk to a certain point use a scripted_sequence entity (place it where you want him to walk. And to make him disapear use the kill output on the scripted_sequence. Actualy to make it easy ill make a quick map, and ill put it on my site so oyu can down load it.
