moving texture

hey, im making a map for cs:s and im trying to make a conveyer belt. i got the object to move on it, how do you make the texture scroll, or move. can you do the same effect on water to make a waterfall, and if anyone knows how to even make a waterfall, can you tell me? that would be great. thanks.

what is the waterfall or just moving the texture?

Step 1:
Go up to the top and click on the button that says "Search"
Type in "Moving textures"

Rinse and repeat for conveyer belt.
