My NPC Spawner is not functioning

I have a trigger_once, npc_template_maker and a npc_headcrab

Now I have checked for errors, but the SDK can't find any.

The way that I have it set up is that I have the trigger_once, which will cause the npc_template to Fire Once Only.

I also have the npc_template_maker to spawn 10 headcrabs (one every second), and have five alive at any time.

The flag that I have for the headcrab is fall to ground. I initially had Template NPC flag checked, but nothing happened. There are no flags checked for the npc_template_maker.

Does anybody know the reason, if any, for why its not working?

Does it actually spawn your headcrab? Or does it do nothing? Explain whats wrong and i might be able to help.
