i have no idea how to solve this problem, can anyone help?????

or where can i get help???? i'm not going back to thailand in the near future

thanx all!!!!!!!

Okay... Load up steam...
If you don't have steam go to www.steampowered.com to get it. And press the games tab, then press the Games button in the thing at the top (in the games tab) then press Activate a Game. Type in the CDkey after some mumbojumbo.

...lest we forget how rough it was when we all first installed this, and Steam was, well, "steam" describes it pretty well for a while there. This game uses Steam, which (correct me if I'm making a bad analogy here people) is an online client to verify installations. Do not screw around with your account (user name and password on Steam), as these are the key to using/installing the game. The game content is provided on the CDs/DVD that you bought and once it's installed, you have to activate it through this Steam client. As was mentioned above, activation will require typing in your CD key. Regarding the language, I'm not sure how to get it into English.

Welcome to the forums, and welcome to a fun ride - this game is as good as they (we) say.

how would installing steam make the cd change languages?

Just keep pressing Next -> in the installer and it should get you to Steam. You can change your language settings there if it also remains Thai.
As was mentioned above, you will need to create a Steam Account and protect it at all cost ;)

thanx for the help guys, so i guess there is no actual english guide that will run you through the whole installation prosess?

thank you all in advance
