NEED HELP (near ending of game)

Im at the part where all you weapons get taken from you...and ive killed all these guys with new gravity gun...i need to jump over railing to continue but my guy cant jump....does anyone else have this problem? how can i continue?....PLEASE HELP!

dude u dont jump over a rail, but if u need to jus use noclip.

i had the same thing, what i did was restarting the game and used a older save game and play that part again.
