If you won't be willing to write anything about what you are working on, and what the game is, how will you attract a programmer?

Just wondering..

EDIT- side note, if you don't want to take the offer seriously why is any coder going to take you seriously?

Booooom !! FAIL !
i think all mod leaders from now on that still need a team to finish there mod for them should go and learn programming themselves...

i mean how many kids come storming in here like ...
"Hi im bob i want to make a mod im not telling wtf it is but you have to code for me so we can share a 100000 $$$ after release kthxbye."

go and learn it yourself and make a prototype to lure unsuspecting programmers into you're doomsday design-document deathtrap.

Some people are good at programmering and some are good on the artistic (and a few mofos are good at both), you just need to find your thing. You don't need to be a programmer to get a team, but you need to either be that or an artist to get somewhere. If you're an artist, great.. go make levels and models. That will show people you're willing to invest the huge time it takes to actually develop a mod.

As long as you're willing to invest time and know where you're headed (and know what it takes to get there) you'd be fine, without the programming experience.

However... it sure ****ing helps to know how to code.
