No, that's not a pirated version exclusive problem.

The node graph out of date issue only happens with mods and the pirated version.

Your being overprotective makes it even more obvious :/

It IS possible to get this error in HL2 if you for some reason deleted the node graph files or changed the map files.

But he's probably just a pirate

every time you recompile a custom map that has some AI in it you get the 'node graph out of date' notification. it's not an error. it can take several seconds, depending on the number of NPCs and info_nodes you have

please someone tell me this is in a sticky somewhere because it's up there with the 'z0mg my props all disappeared!!11' problem for sheer n00bery
