NPC's fighting with each other

Is it possible to spawn weapons on the ground for my guys to pick up, OR spawn Combine with their guns? I love having huge battles, especially in Point Insertion, because the idiot citizens just walk between massive fights Thanks



EDIT: I'm using sMod by the way, I love the weapon selection.
