Oblivion mods

I'm thinking about reinstalling Oblivion, and was wondering what mods you guys would recommend

Find something called "Oblivion make it pretty pack".

I believe its from filefront or something. It has everything you need.

OOO Mod.
And download a load of graphical tweaks to lower the polys of grass for example. Better water, grass, UI and all that crap.

Pretty much a must, I refuse to play Oblivion without this and a leveling mod (I like to swithc between them to see which is better)

Natural Oblivion. WOW this mod is awesome. It gives the whole world just a better feeling. Changes the lighitng, weather, and a ton of other stuff. I can't pinpoint what it exactly does but it really does make the world feel a lot more natural and looks a lot better. Also the weather is just freakin awesome.

I bloody hate that! I killed some guard out in the wilderness (wanted his equipment) far, far, FAR away from any city (in that massive stretch of nothingness between Leyawiin and Cheydinhal), go to Skindgrad, BOOM the guards arrest me for murder? WTF?

I found it funny, sometimes. I could be in the deepest forest, fighting off goblins or whatever, and yet a SINGLE GUARD would somehow track me all the way there and arrest me in the middle of a fight for Murder.

Happened to me constantly. I broke into a locked farmhouse and took everything I could get my hands on. The farmer came in and I slaughtered him. This was like my first hour in the game so I hid the farmers body under the staircase and put some stuff on him hoping that no one would notice. Much to my dismay about 20 minutes later im arrested and I think- did they find the body? After experimenting I figured out that it wasn't that advanced, it was simply that I broke into a red door while the farmer was watching me (It was raining so I didn't see him.)

It kind of broke my impression of the game. Wasn't as fun after I became aware of this serious flaw.
