For some reason I can't play any game in offline mode. I can't figure out how to fix it either. How do you get it to work!?!?!?!?!

If you've previously been logged into Steam- and instructed it to maintain your login details- then when you load Steam up without an internet connection being present it'll present you with the option to enter offline mode.
The problem? It's a wee bit buggy at the moment, and ocassionally you'll be told that 100%-present SP games are unavailable offline until you've connected to the Steam network, which rather defeats the object of it all.

You have to unplug the internet to play offline
