Ogg's bump map mod -- Where is it?

It's an old mod from 2005, Fakefactory used it as part of his texture mod without permission, and as a result ogg shut his site down. It used to be - http://oggxgl.fc2web.com/game_mod.html

The only link I can find to the file is this - http://www.ne.jp/asahi/add/up/hagemod.zip
But that, too, is invalid now, so I'm wondering if someone might have it lying around.
