C# IS SO EFFING COOL!!!!!!
I'd been putting off learning it for a while, since I had just recently made the switch from VB6/ASP 3.0 to VB.NET/ASP.NET ... I've been working on this web project at work with a friend of mine, and he uses C#.NET and I've been using VB.NET until tonight.
We're moving the database we're using from Access to SQL Server 2000, which means I have to rewrite a lot of the code I wrote to interface with the Access database. A lot of it was fairly crappy code anyway which I hadn't fixed yet since we've been too busy. So, I figured this would be a great chance to finish teaching myself C#.
And I've got to say I LOVE C#!!!!!!
I used to be a complete VB fanboy, but I really have to say I love using the C-style syntax so much more. Everything just makes so much more sense!
Just thought I would share that with you all.
