Other easter eggs in Dr. Kleiner's Lab

Just other little things I wanted to point out for those not in the know since it's a different topic. In Dr. Kleiner's Lab, on the moving wall section that reveals the test chamber, There are some quite detailed references including flow charts, diagrams, and even little post-it notes, like Dr. Kleiner's reminder to get Lamarr more watermelon. Just curious, just how does a headcrab supposed to get nourishment anyways if it's been debeaked? From it's carnivorous and parasitic like behavior, wouldn't it naturally be impossible to train him/it to eat watermelon and for it to maintain the nutrition such an exotic alien life-form would need?

Sorry, I'm new to these forums. I didn't know such a handy feature existed before you said anything about it. I really need to look around more often before I engage in posting. It's hard to express one's enthusiasm about HL2 on this forum because everythings already been discussed. I really shoulda joined this message board years ago.
