Parent a ladder to a physicbox?

How do i do this? when i tie em to an entety thay whont show up / work at all ... heeelp! please?

exactly ...but never mind i got it to show up and work ... it whouldnt show up nor work in game before but now it does... i made bouth the ladder textured box and the ladder model a func_physicbox
