PC Gamer half-life 2 update pack?

I usually get PCZone so i don't know if this is accurate, but are PCGamer including an up to date steam cache folder, or something of the kind, with all the updates that have been released for Half Life2 and CS:S ?

Yes, it's in the current issue with 'Aftermath' on the front cover. (june issue, I think)
