Physics/Gravity Commands Please!

I need the specific commands to change the grivity and physics properties and such.. ive looked at acouple in the command box when i typed "find phys" but i dont understand what each command does (e.i phys_speed) youd think it would be self explanitory but... eh my brain cannot comprihend please help

i did man, but all those commands and such, i dont understand wat each of them do, i need some command descriptions, kno what i mean?
