I installed Steam/patched and then i went to create new account. All is going well when boom it says its gonna copy hl files into steam.
1 Problem, i dont have hl installed

So as i type this its looking for deathmatch files but its not finding any. What do i do?
I was reading earlier that ppl said they downloaded steam and got HL and CS 1.6 from it??????????
Please Help
Ok guess what, i quit the finding files thing and restarted steam! So i go to games, i click on add half life. Now its under my games and now the same shit happens where its trying to load HL but nuthing is happening!
