Question about finding NPCs

Does anybody know a command to walk up to a NPC and it will show what npc it is?

I thought i saw a screenshot of someone that had this on and they would see what the name of the npc was they were pointed out (ex... npc_combine_s)

Find NPC

will list every argument having NPC in the command name or in the description.
