Question about switching games

Me and my brother have separate Steam accounts. He never uses his, so I go on his account and play Counter-Strike Source (Steam is only installed on my computer, no one else has it in my home). Now, is there a way to put CS:S onto my account from his?

Negative. Unless it was a recent retail purchase with receipt, you can however reset the cd-key.

But it says I need a receipt and that it has to be within 90 days of purchase. And we've had this game since HL2 came out. Looks like it's a big no lol
