Has any1 use this program called CPU-Z? i was checkin up my ram and it said i have a DDR 512mb PC3200 and then a bit below it says my 'frequency' is 200Mhz.

Why is it only 200?

Because it's DDR RAM. To get it's effective speed, you double it's speed as said in cpu-z. So 400Mhz.

because that's what the frequency is at. Because it's DDR (dual data rate) it's effectively running at 400mhz, which is where it's supposed to be at for PC3200.
