RED RING OF DEATH on my 360. what do i do?

My 360 was working fine this morning and then i turned on with the orange box and shortly after selecting Ep 2, it wen on the fritz so i turned it off and then back on and it got the red ring of death. Is there nothing i can do?

nope. im on my third 360 in 2 and a half years.
