Route Kanal HELP!!!!

Ok I feel rather dumb here but I am in a room with a seesaw in it and I know I need to put these mason blacks on the other end but how do you move them? I am hitting them with my crowbar but cant get them up on the seesaw. Am i missing something on how to move an object?

Press 'E' or whatever is your 'Use' key to pick stuff up....

press e when nest to them. it picks them up. right click to let it go
