Take a really cold shower for a long time so you come out shivering, tell them your sick and as long as they think you will be fine at home on your own and they don't take your temperature or too much time leaving your in the clear.

You could try eating tons of ramen noodles till you puke, those alwase look mysterious on the carpet.
