Server questions

Sorry, but i'm new to these advanced features for HL2dm.
How do you:

1. Change the length of time the score displays in the end of a game
2. Add custom sounds via Mani plugin
3. Add such features as: Gimp, Drug, Burn, etc...
4. Change the nominations menu (for nextmap voting)
5. Perhaps even how to have custom skins for admin's only

#5: I've already read the thread that involved this in another topic, but it did not anwser in any effective manner.

Assuming I have server access and admin powers on said server.

If anyone knows, please let me know!
