Should I upgrade my PC in september? in order to play HL2 at very high resolution, max detail settings and seeing the ultimare dx9 features

current specs:
p4 2.26Ghz
mobo: asus p4s533
2 x 256mb PC2700 memory
leadtek gf4 ti 4600
