Skinning Steam?

I have a small request, and if Ace is here to see it, that's great too. I don't need a big change from how Steam normally looks and operates, and I'd either like to know how to do this, or find a skin online that does this: How can I get the game icons from List View to show up in Detail View, replacing the basic word game titles? It'd have to have some sort of hover title for games that don't have a List View icon, as well. Any help? Thanks!
