After almost waiting for 2 years we got the following words from Valve:

“Freeman’s not done”

He probably meant that Freeman/ep3 is not done/finished.

They were referring to cooking time. Freeman needs to bake for at least 3 more hours before you can stick a fork in him.

duh ep3 isnt done. l4d2 got released sooner cus its not really a game. its more like a mod thats why l4d will be almost done in little over a year.

Yes, then when you pull him from the oven, let him stand for ten minutes; then you can apply icing.

... And Episode 3 is going to be a completely new engine and won't feature any of the gameplay you've been doing in Half-Life 2 before? Episode 3 is no less of a "mod" than L4D2, even though I admit I'm speculating.

I hope he meant that the series wont end with "episode 3" or whatever they're gonna call it.

But he probably just meant EP3 is not cancelled like some people might have thought...

I think Gman is a worker for black mesa because in HL you see Gman/Government man in a reserch facility talking to a scientist you faintly hear his voice as your walking by he takes a great tug to his tie and walks away........:l
