Yep. Pre-order ftw. Only ordered it on Tuesday night. :bounce:

Single-player is amazing, havnt tried multiplayer yet but single is definately something. The expansive environments and humourous characters really do help really quiet boring scenes to be...well not boring.

Played the demo. Thought it was poo. I got told to use the rocket launcher to take out the tank with no indication of where the weapon was. :|

Multiplayer is actually immense, really fun to play. Just a shame there is limited maps until the Update in a weeks time when the conquest gamemode comes out.

I feel like i've played the game ages before it's official release on tuesday. Maybe because hardly anything's changed since the beta, really except he full blown maps we get and single player campaign, which isn't a whole big different feel.

All that said, I play the game like it's crack.

Got it Tuesday, beat it Tuesday on Hard, the Singleplayer is too easy and too short, other than that it's borderline perfect to me

I was thinking about getting this one...but i've seen alot of complaints about the online. Typical of EA servers really. Also you can only have 4 members in a squad so If you have more friends then that you can't play/talk with them. I might just skip this one.

Yes, there is very little levels but they are extremely long in comparison to many other games. Level 2 is just :rolling:

Got it today, loving it so far. Man, the assault rifle you get for being a Veteran (Find all Five Assault) is so goddamn good. But yeah, great game. Think I've dipped into every map now - some I've came across right at the end of a match and have only seen small sections, some I've played right through til the end and duked out the entire battle. Serious fun! I actually just got off from playing about 8 matches with a really good team, we won about 6 of them, but the defenders only won by having a solid grip on the final bases.

All of the maps are really fun to play, but I think End of the Line to be pretty hard. The snipers have a field day with the airstrike laser designator, BUT, I only just today realised they had to be guided in manually so there are ways to dodge them. That said, it's still the slowest map I've played and it really demands you're team to have a really good hold of the Apache and arty strike.

My favourite level so far is probably Harvest Day. I've played it twice - defending and attacking (won both) and it just plays wonderfully. Defending is brilliant simply because the first stage feels so war like with the open fields for the enemy tanks to roll across and all the gun emplacements up in the hill side watching over them. Attacking is dead fun because it's real house-to-house CQB, and man, I love jumping a squad of enemies by putting a hole through a wall and coming up behind them.

On that note, the destructable environments really turn the pace and tide of a battle. I was in a tank earlier and I had a spec ops guy in my squad who was clearing buildings to the right of me. He tells me theres an enemy tank holding positon behind a house to my left and he's waiting for me. I'm pretty low on health and to get the edge I ask the spec ops guy to 'tag' the tank with the laser dart gun... thing. I see the tank, rotate, put a hole through the building to my left, get a clear shot of the unexpecting tank and blow him to pieces. Awesome.

More later, I'm tired!
