That's the type of "music" you hear in totalitarian states. In Pyongyang, North Korea - there are speakers set up everywhere that broadcast that type of sound through the entire city.

You're right about it being "mind control" music - the purpose is to assault the senses with "white noise" and dull the individual into mindlessness.

i get this really wierd error trying to open it... it says that it cant initilize the program correctly (0xc0000135). help please?
