sound emitters

hi again. does anyone know how to play mp3's through sound emitters in gmod. ive seen it before but no one says how to do it, thanks for replies.

Ive been trying to get the sound emitters working for ages but I cant find the spot to put the mp3's and there doesn't seem to be any tutorials on how to get it working.
