1. What I'd like to call "Deftones" Chords, since they use it alot. Power chord progression 132 -000 and shift up and down the 3 strings

2. 1332-00 shifting this chord up and down the 3 strings

3. 213-000 shifting up and down. Personally, I like to use this one as a single chord, and not as a progression, I use it simply to complement another tune or something

3. 01323-0 shifting up and down.

4. 113311(barred) shifting up and down

5. Shifting the D Chord 000-232 up and down. Usually sounds better when complemented with the bass guitar, sounds quite shit when you move higher because you don't play the first 3 strings.

6. Just a few chords - 002200, 002400, 032030 (Most -sus chords), 002120 (jazz chord), 000001, 000--- progression

Sorry, I don't know the actual names of some of these chords, but I love to use them when jamming and stuff. Don't know many tunings, but I know Dropped D is pretty cool for some spacey chords. Post your favourite experimental chords as well, or well, just post your favourite chords.

I like using Drop A or Drop C for riffs, also for chord appegios on minor chords I neat trick I find is to downtune all the strings slightly and it creates a much darker sound. I also like to do pull-off appegios with distortion, hitting a note and pulling off before hitting the next in quick succession to get very quick, but mitigated scaled sound on whatever chord its played in.

i like the EBGDGG tuning a lot. Tune the A down 2 steps and the E up to match it. From there you can create a nice open G chord if you mute the E.

0 0 0 2 3 3 (G suspended) is a nice chord.

Also playing any note an octive apart at the same time is good fun.
