Speed Running Half-Life

Now that I have finished half-life 2 three times now and gotten enough from the story, I want to start speed running through it. I was wondering if anyone knew of any great links for Half-Life 1 & 2 speed running. I have googled it a bit and came up with mostly just Quake Done Quick's website and its partners. Any Half-Life dedicated sites? PS: I would suggest any Half-Life fan to watch the old 45min 45 second speed run of Half-Life.

that's the closest you'll get. half-life speed running isn't a big thing, i've only heard of 3-4 people who do it. you also might want to try #qdq on quakenet, there are a few hl people there. also, the 45 minute run is dated june 2004, so not that old...
