StarWreck is Finnish amateur StarTrek parody, but it's 2 hours long and it's special effects and storyline could (and does) beat even huge hollywood films. It's free to download, or you could order a DVD. It's spoken in Finnish but there is english subtitles. It's really worth downloading and watching it. It's made with nearly zero budget, but it looks like StarWars with awesome effects etc.

Nah, just telled the url, because it's great movie Watched it today...

Using any copywritten or trademarked property is perfectly legal as long as it's clearly a parody.

The fun thing is, that there is no set's in this movie. All scenes (except some) are filmed in living room and then digitally added the ship's etc. Some scenes are filmed outdoor or in real places... (Like Hesburger fast-food restaurant)

There is five guys who done most of the work (they used their home as studio) and few real actors. All the actors in the scenes with huge amount of people are just fans

Nope, the dvd isnt free, but the movie can be downloaded for free. The dvd version just has extra material that the download version doesnt. The movie is about 500mb.

Huh? I think it does, but it's just my opinion... The effects are cool and the story is funny.
