howcome my steam takes forever to create an account heres what it says for about 15 minutes

and it still isnt finished

*edit* i cant even exit it out

and its been 25 minutes now

now it finnaly works but now it takes forever to start up counter strike and other mods

There's a new installer which includes all of the content necessary to play Counter-Strike 1.6. The size of the installer is approximately 388MB.

thank you Zerox - i can't stand no longer waiting: it took an entire day waiting to update my beta without getting even a kick in the ass... i can't figure how this thing could be used to buy and download safely hl2!!! who will trust it??? :dozey:

the steam program is screwed, it doesn't even load 1/2 the time i click on the icon, such bs...
