anyone else think so? the screenshots look a hell of a lot like lambda core from hl1 architecture-wise..

It's a semi-remake of the Datacore HLDM map.

Cool. I'm looking forward to this map. 3 isn't enough maps though, still better then 2. I guess all the user made maps fill in the lack of maps, some are pretty good.

tbh it would have been nice to see an orignal map,not too say im not looking forward to this one.

Datacore was pretty meh if you ask me as well, because it was rather open and simple.

But with the physics objects, darkness and the various added details providing cover, nooks and crannies, this version should be better in ev'ry way.

The map layout is actually probably better for HL2 gameplay than HL1, if you ask me.

Let's hope for less physics objects n darkness :E

disabling the client side physic props is the best thing that has ever happened to me :)

I'd like a bright colored map a là HL1...maybe a beach map with sand and grass and some bright sun :)

I loved datacore...i usually did pretty bad ass on it...maybe that's why I loved it... \= but yeah, I never hated it, I would just spam mp5, then with op4, spam the bfg :P

Heh how do you guys remember this stuff!! :P I can never remember any of the old HL1 DM maps...

People still play Hl1 Dm, damn thats crazy, anyways datacore wasnt a bad map there were worse...
