Not sure what I did but recently but (once the Steam logo is on my taskbar) I don't see the the popup window which lists the games and other options. The small window comes up when I r-click on it but when I click the game option (all other tions work) it just puts a larger Steam tab on the taskbar as though a game is running. I hope I was clear enough in explaining the problem. I trying to get the option which shows the current bandwidth. Hope you can help. Thanks
EDIT: Btw, whenI click on that larger Steam tab it appears to open a window but you can't see anything and if I click again it appears tp close the window you couldn't see.
