If you subscribe to steam and you can download the games and stuff and if you can download the mods wont some of the money have to go to the mod makes since its thier mod. So then valve would be making money of thier other peoples mods.
or am i wrong??

Look, just don't even talk about the subscription service. The info we have is really old. Just forget about it, and just be happy that HL2 is coming out soon.

well Valve has mentioned in the last couple of months about mod makers having the ability to charge a small fee for all that hard work and time put into the mod.

now since details are sketchy at best on this issue and even the subscription stuff, its hard to say anything about it.
Valve has alot of details to give out as soon as the game goes gold since we absolutely are clueless on HL2's MP, CE, subscription, mod maker options/fees and other misc. stuff i might have missed.
