When you have a Support ticket, how long until they ususally get back to you?

Don't know but i have been waiting 4 days for them to get back to me.

Well, my first ticket ever took 2 hours to get respond, that was on Hl2: EP1 preload.... that was fast

It normally takes 4-5 days for an answer from Valve.

I guess I put myself at the end of the line last night. Oh well I let them know how I was able to improve my problem a little, by turning off the music. Its definately an Audigy 2 sound problem - disabled it and everything was fine. Its the freeze/looping sound problem which I never got in HL2.
