im stuck at the damn after i destroied the damn helicopter. here is a screen shot

Go left a bit, get out, climb the ladder and open the gate

just to say, i love the water. It actually refracts like water.

On the left gate there was a ladder up to a valve to open that gate (if memory serves correct) and then you can move up to the buildings and move around to the dam and then open the overflow thingy which you then just jump through.
