stuck in channels

tried for over an hour now but can´t get to the little hole in the wall (see screenshot) after i flooded the room by using the wheel of the next room..
anyone knows how to get there?

can´t move the barrels out of the water, so no chance there...

your not ment to go up there you must go down the ladder and through a large hole in the wall
