Help! Stuck in HL2?
Are you stuck in HL2, or any other game for that matter? Don't know where to go next? A part of the game that everyone else seemed to figure out except you? Google for a F**king walkthrough!!!! You will save yourself loads of time trying to explain where you are- "umm, I'm at the place with a wall, and that guy is shooting me. Y' know?"- and then waiting for ages for a reply. And when someone finally understands where you are, you will have to ask them questions on their answer, untill you both realise you aren't even talking about the same game! Once you finally get past the part you couldn't before, you will probably be back in 10 minutes because you need help on the next bit again.
Whew! Sorry for the rant, but why do you think it is that a lot of people take the long way to finding a solution to their gaming progress problems? Having the entire walkthrough for a game, at your fingertips whenever you want, surely is much more helpfull and instant than asking for help on a forum. If you want to just get help on that part, and try to do the rest of the game on your own, then just read that part of the guide. Walkthroughs are not hard to find.
Any ideas on why people persist in making it hard on themselves?
