Stuck in Ravenholm

Okay, been doing fine . . . figuring most things out . . .

I'm in Ravenholm, where I am under water, and there is a creature that pulls you up to the ceiliing, and there is some health and some shotgun shells up there and so on, but I can't find out WHERE TO GO!! Where do I go from there?

you have to go over that gate of board sitting in the water right there. and then swim some more, i beleive.

I went a little further, but came to another chamber with a barrel floating in it, and there is no where else to go!

What did y'all do here?

I cant see the pic real well, because it is very dark and I dont remember that spot, but you either went the wrong way and need to go back or you need to look around some more for another way out, like under water or a crawl space or something.

I remember swimming under water, reaching the spot in your first screenshot with the barnacle on the ceiling. If you dive again you'll see another hole which you can swim through. At the end you should see a fire and a long piece of railway going uphill on your left. There's a cart with a chopper on it.

Yes, that is correct. However, you have them backward.

There is a kart with a chopper in it that goes up and down, then you pass the fire and go underwater.

Then you encounter the barnicle, and then you swim further to a cavern with an explosive drum floating in the water. From here, I don't know where to go.

I get the impression I am supposed to take the explosive drum back to the room with the cart and the fire, but not sure . . .

Thoughts??

Okay, I was all turned around. the water was indeed before the cart.
