Stuck in "Sand Traps"

I'm in the bit in Sand Traps where I've just gotten the bugbait, on the beach with the Combine gun turrets all over the place. What am I supposed to do here? I've gone all the way to the far end of the beach, where there is a cliff. If I go in the water, I die (those little water worms from HL 1 also made a come back, it seems...)

You have to walk up the mountain that the pillboxes are on.

how do you get on the mountain? what?

Somewhere near the beginning of that part you'll see the pillboxes and and little ways to go up if I remember correctly. Once you're there you'll see a set of circular steps and a cave there. You go to the other and of the cave, and once you get out, there will be more pillboxes to clearout. Once you get to the second or third once, it will have an entrance, and exit to the other side of the mountain.

But how do you get through the cave? It is full of rubble and I can't shift it with gravity gun or anything.....

use the flashlight and look around a bit. Don't be too obsessed with that rubble!

Im having problems.....part where you (or turret) kill the big bug. First time when door opened the guy stud there on the other side and telling me "follow me"...he wouldnt go out so I walk around and when he step outside and made that process after wich I gain those "alian fruits".
Than he walk over door and open them but stud still infront of the door.....only way to go through was to jump and crouch...so I was in.
But the door inside I couldnt open...
So I begging you...have any of you save file just after those doors?

go buy a retail or thru steam and then if the problem repeats maybe someone will help you :|
the fun is undoubtedly worth the money...
