stuck in water hazard..can i use 'exec' command?

I'm stuck in water hazard where the vortogon is supposed to load the gun onto my airboat, but the rebel never seems to move to explain the plan and we check out the map...possibly the scripts not loading.

can i use the 'exec' command to load the faulty script??...how does this command work?Whats the filename to execute this faulty script??

Any help appreciated...

erm, try ai_disable 0. It seems alot of peoples AI turns itself off at that point. That command should turn it back on.
