Stuck on monster

There are some of these monsters that are stuck on the ceiling, and they pick you up with a tie
I got picked up and i shot the monster, it stopped moving but i'm still stuck on the wire... i tried shooting, moving, jumping, ducking, crowbar, everything... i just can't get off

I reloaded the game, it's ok now
