Stuck: Route Kanal

I'm stuck in the part...where you get the airboat, go past the red barn (G-man is there, hmm), go up a rampy thing, someone chucks supplies to you.
What do I do then? I've tried everything I know.

did you move the barrel from the giant thing at the top? you have to move the barrel then supplies fall then you can go forward

I'm at a part with lots of blue barrels that seem to be useless, no matter what I do to them.

I know what you have to do. In order to solve this puzzle, you have to have the basic idea of how buoyancy works. If you go underwater, underneathe the ramp, you'll notice that there is a blue canister in this cage with the bottom open. The blue canister has some type of gas in it, causing it to float. What you have to do is take the other blue canisters, and place them in the cage underwater. This will push the ramp up, due to the buoyancy of the canisters, and a new path will open up. All you have to do now is back up with the airboat, and go off the ramp. Prepare for a tough chase scene, and remember to save.
