Stuck trying to get to xing... the dang door wont open..

Im at a spot with a waterfall and a double doors where im supposta slide the bar to the side to gain entrance.. Its useing a picture ive not seen before.. and when i hit E for action nothing happens.. ive tryed running into it manualy .. and thats not working eather.. is it bugged?

I actually also got there just now. I had to take a break so I haven't played anymore, but I think the door behind is locked and perhaps you need to unlock it first. I dunno.. A tip might be that one of the bricks you step on (you know those who make the thorns come out of the wall), one of them doesnt make any thorns come out. It is a switch for something instead. Dunno for what though. Will get back when I've figured it out tomorrow. =) Nite

No, what you do is you "push" the barrier by standing behind the sticky out bit and walking normally, walk towards the end with the hole and you'll move the barrier. You don't have to press E or anything.

Just as yesterday the lock/barrier doesnt move when I try to push it. Perhaps you have to do something else before? What does the switch in the plate do?

Nope, no switch, maybe you're trying to push it in the wrong direction?

No, I've tried pushing it all kinds of directions. The barrier shakes a bit, but it doesnt budge. Very strange... The switch I meant is on one of the plates/blocks/bricks in the floor, and I dont know what is does.

No blood buff doesnt work either. I finally had to solve it with the noclip mode. So for those of you who have the same problem as I you can just enter the console and type "noclip". That way you can walk through the wall and then just type noclip again and continue the game.

.. you have to get the icon then hold E while pushing

I tried noclip and the game always stucks... Do you know the next map scene to load it manually through console?

How do you mean stucks? You have to type in chareditor after you've typed noclip.
