I gotta say...

It's a lot better than I went in expecting. My only complaint is the sound of the singer's voice. Not the quality of his singing...the effect put on his voice (or maybe the acoustics of the recording room).

EDIT: The logo and name are good too.
 
Yea singer needs to get recorded better. Good tune. Can't decide about the lyrics. Overall a really decent song better than anyone else's here on this forum... but the voice...
 
as fizzlephox said, the singer needs way better recording.

the rest is pretty good.
 
i like it....cradle of filth has awesome vocals...noone can match...so dont worry.
 
singers voice makes sense given the song. it was much better than i expected.. good tune.

edit: in some places your syncopation is off though, make sure to watch the drummer close. sometimes you will speed up, or he will slow down, or speed up. in some places its actually hard to tap your foot too, without concentrating, which is a problem.
 
alright thanks guys for all the comments, we just made this song and are still working on it and eventually putting a second guitar part into it.
 
the recording is crap, not the song itself but the recording. no mid's and low's. the timing falls off a few times. and imo the singer needs to get some lessons ,try something new or he just aint any good. and fyi i'm a metal fan so it's not that i just don't like that type of music (i love heavy shit and am a musician myself) but just telling you what i think. if you tighten up your timing,make your singer improve or get a new one and get better recording equipment you'd have a gigworthy band
 
ok ok, yea well we had to fill in with another bands singer, our other guitarist will be singing..the one in our song plays for the band brigade442 (we are really good friends with them), check them out at www.purevolume.com/brigade442 but as soon as we get the song finished with our singer ill post the link...

keep at it, no good bands got good overnight. it's all practice ,trial and error. i think it's good your putting it out and accepting constructive criticizm. it has potential.

listened to the other band, liked your sound better. thier timing is more on point though. music on both tunes is kinda repetative. showed more on your friends band to me though. both bands need some breakdowns in the song to break up the repetativeness. singer needs to go unless he can improve greatly. don't mind my spelling or if i made up new words....i'm really tired it's 10:30 am here ,been up for two days. oh yeah they need better recording too
 
hey check these out, they aren't serious so don't tell me how much they suck lol it's basically me messing around learning my latest music software. it's electronic figured i'd show ya for kicks tunes
