The Dark Mod released!!

Great news!!

The Dark Mod, a much-anticipated Doom 3 mod heavily inspired by Looking Glass Studios' seminal Thief first-person stealth series, has finally made it to beta over five years after development began.

Now I just have to download later tonight. This is the ONLY reason I still have Doom3 installed. :E Hope it keeps me entertained until Thief 4 () arrives!!

Jesus Christ this took way too long to come out.

Do give us impressions when you've played, just might reinstall Doom 3... even though I highly doubt the multiplayer has that many people still playing.

edit: Whoops, could've sworn this was going to be a multiplayer Thief mod like Thievery for UT99.

Pretty awesome, although the 3 maps included are quite short.
